At Vintage Abroad, all pieces are vintage and one-of-a-kind. Each item may show natural signs of wear, which we consider part of its character. We carefully inspect and describe every piece to ensure transparency before purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be approved before sending. Items sent without prior re-quest will not be accepted.

Vintage Condition

Because all items are vintage, minor imperfections and signs of wear are expected and not considered defects. Returns will only be accepted if the item was significantly misdescribed or faulty.

Damage or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your order and place a new purchase.

EU Costumers

If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the right to return your item within 14 days, without justification. Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.

Refounds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, please contact us at: vintageabroad25@gmail.com
